We directly support Messinian farmers by integrating their harvest into every Gonavarino Delight. Our mission is to empower these local stewards to develop their own agrotourism experiences, improving both their livelihoods and the future of our shared ecosystem.
Our mission extends to the local table. We collaborate with area restaurants to champion Messinian ingredients, ensuring that the 'Liquid Gold' and fresh harvests of our farmers find their rightful place on every guest's plate.
The Team
While officially launching in April 2026, the GoNavarino project is the culmination of 7 years of deep-field research. Since 2019, we have been meticulously mapping the Messinian agrotourism landscape and perfecting our immersions to ensure an unparalleled experience for the conscious traveler.

Demi Kapsimalli is an official travel agent with 15 years of immersion in tour guiding, she is the founder of The Curious Traveller. Demi invites you to see it through the eyes of a rediscoverer, crafting tailor-made educational paths that transform tourists into true observers.
Manolis Moschou is our bridge to the earth. A local farmer and producer at heart, Manolis tends to the very olive groves you will walk through. He has a background in managing large-scale sporting and entertainment projects. Manolis has initiated our Agrotourism project aiming to help more local farmers!
George Goutzioupas brings over 20 years of expertise in high-level tourism, luxury hotels, and sporting events across Greece. As our Development Consultant and Digital Marketing Specialist, George ensures that the Gonavarino experience is as seamless as it is sophisticated.
